We have a great new opportunity available for a Customer Service Executive for our client, a specialist in their field, who are based in Epping.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of the information submitted in a timely manner. You will be required to implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
The successful candidate will need to be very organised, have the ability to multi task and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Document verification
Calculation of additional / return premiums
Processing of cancellations
Direct Debit related queries
Customer satisfaction through after sales calls
To correctly deal with any customer / broker general queries
