We have a new and exciting opportunity for a commercially astute EA to join a professional services company in their offices in Cambridge
Working for the CEO you will be responsible for providing high-level executive support as well as managing various business projects. This is a new role, where you will act as ‘right hand person’ to a very busy CEO who works closely with various Boards and Strategic Operational Groups. This is the perfect opportunity for a bright and driven individual to learn all aspects of the business and really develop the role.
Some duties will include:
Inbox management – dealing with emails and corresponding when appropriate
Manage the CEO’s diary effectively, prioritising appointments
Manage the organisation of the Strategic Operational Groups and the Boards
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, including financials and presentations, and minute
Follow up timely submission of key reports as an outcome of the Strategic Operational Groups and Board meetings
Consistently maintain the CEO’s to do list, ensuring appropriate prioritisation of projects with respect to deadlines and organisational developments
Support the CEO with the delivery of specific projects, providing project assistance, and coordinate initiatives across the strategic programs
Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve project queries
Supporting an additional Director with diary management, email management, arranging meetings and supporting on project administration
Person Specification:
Educated to degree level
Project management experience with a project management mindset, skills and knowledge would be highly advantageous
A keen interest in the commercial area with a focus to gain an understanding of the business
Ability to establish relationships with a range of stakeholders to support delivery of business outcomes.
Executes well under pressure and is skilled at meeting continuous deadlines.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
