Our very well-established clients are looking for candidates who have previous office experience, are hardworking and motivated and keen to progress. Starting salary of £17k - £18k dependent on experience.

You have an excellent telephone manner and are experienced in handling complaints
You have previous experience in a similar role – ideally within Customer Services or Administration
You are able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team
