Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment have an immediate requirement for an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established and expanding organisation. Our client can offer you a warm and welcoming working atmosphere in their new offices situated in Harlow.
This is a contract position paying £24,000 pro rata.
We are looking for an Italian speaking Accounts Paybale Clerk that has experience with using SAGE, but most of all a good attitude to work and is good at working to deadlines.
Main responsibilites:
- Register supplier invoices – Data Entry and resolving EDI discrepancies (High volume)
- Investigate supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Action/resolve daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel
- Reconciliation of Supplier statements and dispute handling
- Archive and filing of documents as per Country Legalislation
- Maintain Supplier Master file
Other responsibilities:
- Ad hoc jobs
- Assist with other accounting jobs as and when required
Experience:
- Numerate with accounting knowledge
- Experience from a similar job function
- Knowledge of company’s internal process advantageous
- Experience of working with Italian VAT would be an advantage
- Language skills: Italian and English (both essential)
Working days are Monday to Friday.
