We have a new opportunity available for a Temporary Technical Administrator for our client who are based in Stansted.
The suitable candidate will be available from the 11th – 15th December and due to the location, have their own transport.
The role will require an individual who has excellent IT skills (Excel / Website Management) and you will also need to be a quick learner who is efficient and very organised.
The duties of the role will be to put together the technical programme for their upcoming conference;
Technical Programme creation and editing for the Preliminary Programme to include
Download of accepted abstracts
Edit content into sessions, type, main authors and affiliations into plain text
Technical Programme creation in the back office shell for the website to include
Create/update the log ins for the session chairs
Session names
Session Chairs
Session time/date
Allocation of papers to sessions
Allocation of reviewers to papers
