We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic and expanding client of ours based in Harlow.
Our client is looking for a candidate who thrives on customer interaction and is passionate about their work. Previous experience of call and complaint handling would be desirable. They can offer you progression potential and a starting salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per annum.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor:
Record and resolve all incoming customer queries, update and close existing Customer Service cases
Act as first point of contact for customers via telephone
Proactively manage our clients shipments to reduce problems – tracking orders and ensuring successful delivery
Aid in the creation of a customer service growth strategy
Identify trends in carrier performance and escalate as required
Run daily performance and exception reports
Upload data onto carrier software
General administrative duties for the department
Required Skills of Customer Service Advisor:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are required
A ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive and productive work ethic
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
A confident approach and the ability to multi-task
