My client based in Waltham Abbey are looking for a skilled individual who has a broad background in HR. They are a very successful and growing company who are now becoming one of the top in their industry. With predicted growth for next year, recruitment will be an area of focus for the HR team.

The successful candidate will need to be confident, self-motivated and have a “hands on” attitude.

Key requirements of the Senior HR Advisor;

• Proven track record as an experienced HR generalist within a fast-paced commercial SME environment and working directly with senior management
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Experience of end to end recruitment, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• ER/employment law experience and knowledge
• Self-motivated and confident with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
• Can demonstrate organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Experience of influencing and coaching managers in all HR related matters
• Confidentiality and discretion
• The ability to stay calm at all times
• A "can do" attitude and the ability to take ownership of designated tasks.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
