We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading and award winning organisation based in Loughton as an Email Marketing Executive.

The role of Email Marketing Executive is exciting, fast-paced, dynamic and varied, working with multiple departments in the process. Within this position, your primary role will be to send out email marketing campaigns for multiple brands. This will involve the setting up of lists, testing and scheduling the sending of campaigns.

My client can offer you a competitive salary and a fantastic, quirky working environment. You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:15pm.

The Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Executive:

• Idea generating for both Marketing & Sales campaigns
• Email campaign set up and despatch in accordance with the requests of different brands
• Liaising with marketing and other departments to ensure the email campaigns are set up correctly and despatched to the appropriate audiences on time
• Email campaign analysis and reporting
• Data hygiene management
• Uploading and exporting of data from multiple systems to use in email marketing
• Data input of returns and suppressions
• Social Media and Web reporting
• Data capture form set up
• Helpdesk data queries response
• 1+ years’ experience of using an Email Service Provider (use of Adestra desirable)
• Good excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
• Multi-tasking across multiple brands simultaneously
• A knowledge of current data protection legislation desirable

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have an awareness of marketing and previous experience of email campaign despatch
• Will have experience with data manipulation
• Will have strong attention to detail and a structured and methodical approach to working
• Will have strong communications skills, both verbal and written
