We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and confident for a qualified Accountant with Finance Business Partnering experience to join a prestigious organisation in the West Essex / East Hertfordshire region on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking for someone with experience of owning the budget from start to finish and engage with key decision makers in the business with a view to providing high quality financial insight, identifying opportunities to optimise efficiencies and forecasting solutions.  The primary responsibility will be to act as a Finance Business Partner to major stakeholders and challenge existing processes and working methods with a view to driving continuous improvement.

In addition, you will be responsible for producing monthly reporting and management information accurately and in a timely fashion and liasing with stakeholders to ensure that financial performance for each business area is actively monitored and managed.

You'll need to be a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have experience of Finance Business Partnering in either a commercial or not for profit organisation.
