Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a client of ours based in Harlow. They are looking for an Administrator to join their busy team and offer great progression potential.

Our client can offer you a fantastic working environment, 20 days holiday including bank holidays, standard working office hours as well as a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

The Administrator is to be responsible for the day to day administration of duties for the team, ensuring that flow of paperwork is efficiently and accurately maintained in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of delivery notes, including printing, filing, allocating etc. to ensure that all orders are managed and deadlines are achieved
  • Liaise with customers and external contacts to resolve queries and complaints
  • Interact with customers via telephone and email
  • Assist the team in meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Administration & data capturing of incoming goods, including deliveries & returns, ensuring that paperwork flow is managed & items are allocated & booked in accordingly
  • Accurate use of the dedicated management systems to data capture to ensure accurate stock level
  • Collate end of day reports, ensuring that all relevant orders are accounted for
  • Investigate & report on stock variances
    • To carry out any other roles and responsibilities as requested

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Administrative experience
  • Good computer skills essential, i.e. Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build, maintain and influence (verbal and written)
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload, with good time management & prioritisation skills
  • Requires team ethic, with a positive attitude, with ability to work with & assist others
  • Flexible and self-motivated to achieve team & individual targets within a pressured & fast paced environment
  • Customer focused, flexible and co-operative
  • Integrity
  • Experience of management databases | SAP - desirable, but not essential
