An exciting opportunity to join an expanding family run business supplying fresh produce to retailers and the food industry, working with local, national and international growers.
During a time of growth, we are currently recruiting for an organised and professional Stock Administrator.
Place of work: Waltham Cross
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week: Saturday, Sunday and Monday 9.00-17.00.
24 hours per week.
Duties:
- To ensure that all stock is entered onto computer system (we use Microsoft Axapta) including verifying supply orders, stock bookings, stock movements and stock takes.
- Record and manage stock movement regarding goods in and out.
- Maintaining Traceability at all stages including market stock.
- Labelling.
- Reporting any faults or damage to the Stock Control Manager.
- Ensure data entry from production worksheets are entered onto our stock system.
- Present reports to the Stock Control Manager as and when necessary.
- Setting and managing service performance standards ie crates and pallet (KPI’s).
- Liaise with suppliers, internal departments & customers via faxes, telephone and/or Email.
Skills:
- Excellent IT skills. Intermediate Excel level. Experience in Microsoft Axapta system would be advantageous.
- Experience in Stock Administration in FMCG logistics operation.
- Good communication and mathematical skills.
£12,000 per annum (based on 3 days per week)
