We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Team Assistant/Secretary based in Epping.
This will be working for a very well-established client of ours who can offer you an excellent working environment and a varied and challenging role. Out client can also offer you a very competitive salary and benefits.
The Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Client Development Director / Operations Director as well as providing support to a team of 5 directors so previous experience of assisting more than one manager/board member/director simultaneously would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
− Diary management for Directors as required
− Preparing documentation for Directors as required
− Liaising with external clients to arrange meetings and conference calls
− Processing expenses
− Organising and confirming hotel and travel bookings
− Internal and external meeting room bookings
− Liaising closely with the Executive Assistant to the Group Client Development Director
− Working with and providing holiday/sickness cover for the wider Executive Support Team
− Providing lunch, holiday and sickness cover for Head Office Reception
− Assisting with Head Office event organisation
Skills and Attributes
− Confident in using Microsoft Outlook for diary management and room booking
− Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Apple (Mac)
− Previous experience within Financial Services desirable
− Ability to handle a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
− Able to multitask and maintain discretion at all times
− Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
− Professional in manner and appearance
− Excellent planning and organisational skills
− Confident and enthusiastic
− Outgoing, friendly and good at relationship building
− A-level qualification or similar desirable but not necessary
