We have a new opportunity available for an Executive Assistant based in Epping.
This will be working for a very well-established client of ours who can offer you an excellent working environment and a varied and challenging role. Our client can also offer you a very competitive salary and benefits.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in a similar role, having supported senior members of staff. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be efficient and have good accuracy and attention to detail.
Team management experience is a requirement for this role so you must be able to demonstrate that you have supervised other members of staff.
Organisation skills are paramount along with a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
The working hours for this position will be 35 hrs per week 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key duties of the Executive Assistant;
- Diary and inbox management for Directors as required.
- Preparing reports, presentations or documentation for Directors as required.
- Liaising with external clients to arrange meetings and conference calls.
- Responsible for all aspects of administration of the Risk & Audit Board, including, but not limited to, preparation of board packs and minute taking at all meetings.
- Responsible for all aspects of administration of the Independent Advisory Group including, but not limited to, liaising with Advisory Group members, arranging payment of invoices, preparation of papers for meetings, meeting logistics and minute taking at all meetings.
- Responsible for all aspects of administration of the Complaints Feedback and Learning Committee including, but not limited to, preparation of papers and minute taking at all meetings.
- Responsible for all aspects of administration of the Ethics Committee including, but not limited to, preparation of papers and minute taking at all meetings.
- Expenses.
- Hotel, travel and meeting room bookings.
- Working with and providing holiday/sickness cover for the wider Executive Support Team.
