Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator with very strong numeracy skills to join a welcoming team working for a fantastic client of ours. 

This job description has been designed to provide clarity on the role and responsibilities. As the company and departmental requirements constantly evolve, this role definition will be reviewed regularly to ensure it is aligned to the client needs and company’s goals.

The job holder must be able to work in a pro-active manner, making suggestions for improvements as necessary. This developing role requires good organisational, numeracy, presentation, interpersonal, time management and communicational skills.

Service and Communication

  • Responsible for the maintenance and championing of excellence in customer service at all times.
  • Ensure that all incoming communications from all stakeholders are handled quickly and efficiently, guaranteeing any issues are escalated to the correct resource where necessary.
  • Demonstrate behaviour that is professional, ethical and responsible, and serve as a role model for all colleagues and staff.
  • Ensure that all service delivery KPIs are being met.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly, professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage and log all customer enquiries
  • Process split bills, log them onto Sage
  • Filestream invoices
  • Manage pre-pay emails & registrations
  • Provide copy bills (Sage & Filestream)
  • Process customer payments via telephone
  • Assist in any other related tasks as requested by your Manager

Essential Skills

  • Advanced numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone skill
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good general IT skills 

A benefit would be anyone who is currently studying for their AAT.
