We have an excellent new role that has become available for a professional and successful company based in Bishop’s Stortford.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a proven background within customer services and administration to support the team in checking and processing finance contracts. An interest or experience within insurance would be beneficial.

The individual must also be detailed focused with incredible accuracy. The ability to multi-task while remain committed to delivering a first class service is key. Working as part of the administration team, it is important also that the individual can be self-reliant and adaptable.
Key Duties
- General administration on behalf of the department
- Checking over financial contracts and ensuring they are accurate - eye for detail is key
- Customer service – dealing with telephone enquiries, taking accurate messages and dealing with them appropriately
- Processing invoices and ensuring they are sent to the relevent customer
- Liaising with customers with regards to contracts as well as updating them on the status of the contract
- Ensuring goods have been delivered and customer is happy for contract to begin
Key Skills
- Confident with the ability to talk to customers at Senior Management level
- Ability to take ownership of workload and confident enough to ask questions when needed
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to absorb information as there is lots to remember!
