A client of ours based in rural Hertfordshire are currently looking for an Administrator to join their busy department.

Purpose of Role
To provide administration and general support to the Assessment team as well as to handle enqriries relating to Assessment Services the company provide efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Administrative Support- Support the Assessment Services team in the delivery of project and departmental objectives as required
- Process applications for online assessment courses
- Register candidates
- Input data and maintain records - such as assessment results
- Answer telephone and email queries in a timely manner
- Forward on information packs for potential candidates when necessary
- All administration duties for the department such as filing and distributing post
- Process qualifications and accreditations
Person Specification
- Previous experience within Administration and/or Customer Service
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- I.T literate
- Customer focussed
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
