We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our well-established and friendly client in Hatfield.
You will work within the Facilities Department working the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. With an annual salary of between £21,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience, you will also receive the following benefits:

Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support with regards the company vehicles
- To support maintenance activity of vehicles
- Assist in providing mobile phones to employees where necessary Support Health and Safety training and regulatory adherence
- Reception covers for breaks and to unplanned absence
- Respond to telephone enquiries
- Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proven administrative experience within a busy working environment
- Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent
- Customer service skills and confident telephone manner
- IT literate
- Personal attributes: self-motivated, confident, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to use own initiative and problem solve
- Strong organisational skills
- Driving License required for occasional travel to regional offices
