We are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator for a small friendly local company, this is an exciting opportunity for somebody to work within a busy accounts environment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include;
Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Processing Purchase Invoices
Purchase Ledger
Raising Invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Credit Card Payments
The successful candidate will be local to Harlow, have some experience and a genuine interest in accounts and be keen to continue to develop new skills. They will also be committed and focused, enjoy being busy and working hard within a lively and often hectic environment. Familiarity with Excel is pre-requisite and a knowlege of Sage would be a distinct advantage.
Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, you will be expected to work a little later on the last day of each month. A bonus system in place after one year’s service. 20 days holiday rising to 23 with service, plus bank holidays.
