We are looking for an efficient and organised Administrator who can demonstrate excellent communication skills along with the ability to multi task and prioritise.
The ideal candidate will have good ICT skills and be able to learn new systems quickly.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator;
Processing potential addresses generated from Credit Reference Agencies, Officers & other departments.
Answering & resolving telephone enquiries.
Deal promptly with correspondence / complaints generated.
Generate reports from Report Manager when requested.
Assist the Senior Agent with incoming email requests.
Redirect any mistaken identity/complex issues to the Administration Manager.
Format files for High Value/Desktop Trace, submit and process results.
Process tracing results, ensuring files are processed within strict deadlines & resolve any arising issues.
