We have a new opportunity available for a Customer Services Administrator based in Epping.
This will be working for a very successful and established client of ours who can offer you an excellent working environment and a varied and challenging role.
The working hours for this position will be 35 hrs per week between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. With a salary of between £16,000 - £20,000 per annum dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be efficient and have good accuracy / attention to detail along with good organisational skills.
The main responsibility of the role will be to ensure all inbound and outbound calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all calls are dealt with empathetically, quickly, efficiently and within the agreed time limits.
- Ensure that all debtors/Clients/Advice Agencies receive the best customer service.
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Actively encourage payment or discuss setting up of both short term and long term payment arrangements.
- Request customers to send any relevant proof to the Customer Care Team.
- Ensure written responses are provided to debtors to confirm payment arrangements, or to provide contact details.
- Ensure letters are sent in the absence of payments.
- Updating the systems with relevant call details/payment arrangements and remembering to include contact telephone numbers, email addresses and new contact addresses.
- Ensure the excel spreadsheet is updated and monitored daily.
- Ensure that duties are undertaken with due regard to Data Protection Legislation and Compliance.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and relevant Health & Safety regulations.
- Carry out responsibilities/duties with due regard to the Company’s Equal Opportunities Employment Policy.
- Ensure any credit/debit card payments are taken in accordance with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
- Preparing and sending letters in regards to payment arrangements and prompting for contact.
