This is an exciting opportunity for a candidatate to join a friendly and welcoming Internal Recruitment team, the successful candidate will have experience of interviewing candidates and will enjoy working withing a busy and varied role.
Our client are a growing organisation who are leaders in their industry.
The hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Core duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Advisor;
- Liaising with agencies on resource demand and short listing of applicants
- Sourcing applicants through e recruitment system and coordinate short listing with managers
- Logging, screening and short listing of applications on internal systems
- Liaising with managers regarding offers and for resource forecast planning
- Arranging and conducting selection interviews in Head office and field based assessments centres
- Booking external assessment centre accommodation, liaising with site and Team Leader
- Pre-employment - Checking documentation (right to work, home address, visas, etc)
- Update Open HR Pro through selection process
- Sending out rejection letters & emails
- Carry out all pre and post interview verification checks via internal processes
- Logging of all assessments outcomes on Open HR Pro
- Report to the Team Leader on a weekly basis the number of applicants and number interviews arranged and other MI data.
- Placing adverts when requested online & internal
- Coordination of successful applicants to Recruitment Advisor (offers) for contracting and on boarding
- Auditing of all personnel files before passing to Onboarding team
- Attend job fairs
