An award winning client of ours is looking for an Account Manager to join their fun and creative company in Loughton, Essex.
You will be responsible for full account management of sponsors in conjunction, supporting the relevant sales account manager with each client. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and must assist in any way possible to ensure their sponsorship experience is consistently exceptional. Your main aim will be to consistently provide an outstanding service.
Job Specification and Outline:
You will be assigned a number of shows - it is of the utmost importance for you to understand and know the shows you will be managing sponsorship for inside and out. You should be an expert on your product and take pride in it.
Your duties will include the following, but are not limited to;
- Creating Sponsorship contracts and schedules
- Creating and implementing Sponsorship timelines through the Filemaker system, ensuring all assets are met within the specific time/date deadlines
- Ensure all sponsorship orders are updated and maintained including all stand, showguide and sponsorship details
- Creating Proposal documents and presentations for sponsorship sales team
- Liaise with the following internal and external teams to ensure sponsorship contracts are fulfilled and exceeded
- Be a point of contact for clients on a daily basis with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
- Maintaining and monitoring sponsorship content on relevant show websites
- Uploading Ones to Watch exhibitor listing
- Ensuring all sponsorship assets provided by the client are circulated to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Proof reading and approving e-newsletters
- Onsite account management alongside sponsorship sales account manager to ensure sponsors have a smooth build and that any problems that arise are dealt with in a professional, timely manner
- Check signage and branding is correct for sponsors pre and at show
- Manage and approve the sponsorship footage on site
- Ensure all sponsorship deliveries are prioritised and venues are aware
- Keep sponsors up to date on any show activity that may affect them whether this be in a positive or negative light and manage accordingly
- Respond to all client emails in a timely manner
- Any other task required by the Production Manager

In order to succeed in this role it will greatly help if you have the following skills;
- Computer literate- understanding of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- To have a good understanding of social media platforms and how they work
- Previous experience is desirable
- Any related degree will be advantageous
