Our client in Central London is looking for an Administrator to join their busy Client Services Department. You will be responsible for delivering first class administrative support to multiple departments including Credit Control and Customer Services. This role will require you to be an excellent team player and to deliver a high level of service to clients and colleagues.
They can offer you a salary of up to £20,000 per annum and working hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday and be enrolled in to the pension scheme.
Must have strong administration skills.
Responsibilities
Support all departments with all manner of administrative duties
Inputting data
Liaising with clients regarding accounts queries
Answering departmental calls
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
All other adhoc duties
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Excellent grasp of Excel necessary
Good written and communication skills
Great attention to detail and ability to cope to tight deadlines
A team player who wants to support colleagues
