My client based in Harlow are seeking an efficient Administrator.
This role will initially be a temporary role, with a view to be made permanent for the right candidate.
The working hours are 40 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
You will have a proven background in administration and have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be able to work to specific deadlines and be able to multi task and prioritise effectively.
Key Duties
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Effective customer service skills
Develop excellent working relationships with customers
General administration – contracts and invoices
Query resolution
Service records
Assisting with stocktakes
