Our very well-established client is currently looking for an experienced and professional Administrator to provide support to the Membership Services Team.
Benefits include:

Purpose of Role:
This role focuses on supporting the Membership and Professional Registration Department to coordinate activities with the purpose to retain existing members and centres through delivering a high standard of customer care support. This role requires the ability to be able to multi-task and to support a number of teams within the department, making sure all activities, processing and turn-around times are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and inputting data of all new customers
- Query handling from existing members via email, social media and telephone
- Undertaking daily customer-care retention activities via phone, email, social media and web
- Process and on occasion chase member payments
- First point of contact for customer care support
- Provide administrative support to all teams across the department as requested including support for career related activity
- Pro-active liaison with key stakeholders about complex issues
- Collaboratively work with others, sharing your experience, taking responsibility for workload and strive for excellence
- Cross work with other department teams on a regular basis and provide support to the wider business as required
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable level of performing a high standard of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail with data and copy, proof reading skills
- Good organisational, written and verbal skills
- A good knowledge of office practices, administration, marketing and customer service skills and techniques
- Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of work
- I.T. literate (MS Office and social media tools)
- Able to use a variety of software including word processing, databases, spreadsheets

Other Requirements:
To be flexible in hours worked for a 35hr week (7hrs a day) to cover core business hours of 08:00-18:00.
