Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment have an immediate requirement for a hardworking and flexible Credit Control Assistant for a family-run company based in Cheshunt. This is a permanent position due to the company growing exceptionally and leading towards becoming one of the top online retailers.

This position is £25,000 pro rata, based on 20 hours per week
Working hours: Monday - Friday (10am - 2pm)

We are looking for someone who has experience in SAP and Excel that possesses the ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in a profitable and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

To manage and control our Client’s sales ledger tasks efficiently. Develop efficient working strategies and manage credit control procedures to achieve financial objectives and targets.

Tasks:

• Effectively managing credit control/pricing queries internally and externally
• Dealing with daily process of banking cash and cheques
• Accurately posting and allocating daily receipts on SAP
• Monitor and pursue outstanding accounts using telephone/email and letters for the collection of the overdue accounts
• Manage the company credit note processes and procedures
• Keeping up to date with how to manage legal actions against bad debtors
• Manage monthly customer statements procedures
• Managing and processing the month end closure reports
• Liaison with sales representatives

Other:

• To report to work at the agreed time and receive daily instructions as necessary.             
• To obey all rules governing health & safety whilst on the company premises.
• To comply with our client’s policies and procedures with regards to specific duties relating to food safety, quality and legality.

• SAP
• Excel
• Italian speaking (preferred but not essential)
