We currently have an urgent requirement for a PA at senior level for our well-established client based in Hatfield. It would be advantageous that the candidate would be fluent/intermediate Japanese speaking.

Main duties would be as follows:-
·         Calendar organisation and scheduling meetings
·         Fielding calls and post
·         Travel and accommodation arrangements
·         Processing/passing contract approval forms to Branch President
·         Assist with any administrative requirements as/when directed by the Branch President
