- Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Administrator to provide support to the Assessments Team to ensure the smooth running and completion of all company objectives to a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing Administrative Support- Support the Assessment Services team in the delivery of project and departmental objectives as required
- Process workshop bookings
- Register candidates when necessary
- Claim certificates as directed and distribute to delegates
- Input data/maintain records as requested by the Assessment Services Manager
- Help collate data for reports
- Provide support to EQAs including weekly needs verification reports
- Provide support for the Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator as requested
- Provide support for the Assessment Services Support Coordinator as requested
Monitoring Regulatory Compliance- Support the Compliance Manager in the delivery of compliance projects and departmental objectives as required
- Carry out basic (desktop) monitoring activities
- Check centres’ and other organisations’ websites, promotional material etc. for misrepresentation of company qualifications, accreditations and relationships
- Report any ‘suspicious’ activities and/or potential malpractice/maladministration to the appropriate External Quality Manager
