We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Hoddesdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you can really make it your own.
The starting salary is between £18,000 - £20,000 plus up to 20% commission. Benefits also include 22 days holidays and monthly incentives.
The main focus of this role is handling the responsibility of quoting, tendering and generating growth opportunities through outbound call campaigns through a multi-channel customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling all follow-up that generates from quotes/tendering as well as catalogue requests
- Proving support and assistance to the German Customer Service team and ensuring sickness/holiday cover
- Answering queries via telephone and email in both English and German
- Organised call planning to ensure all target markets are met efficiently
- Identifying and develop opportunities for tendering for new business across the marketplace, utilising portals and requests directly from customer
- Receiving and processing quotes from customers by utilizing the organisations internal CRM system
- Respond to all customer enquiries and if necessary communicating them to the relevant department
- Identify and process all generated upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in Outbound call campaigns to generate growth opportunities in conjunction with current offers
- Making Outbound Sales calls to lapsed customers, following warm leads, planning email campaigns
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Well-organised and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- A good telephone manner with a polite, tactful and friendly attitude
- Able and motivated to work within a team or independently
- Must have robust administrative experience and be highly computer literate with SAP knowledge a preference
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grace C or above including Maths and English
Our Client is looking for someone to provide strong expertise as a member of the Customer Service Inside Sales Team. The teams’ objectives are to continuously develop existing methods and strategies to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the department as a whole.
