Description

We are currently looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our well-established client in Hertford.

The working hours will be 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am – 5:00pm on Fridays. The starting salary will be £17,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent on experience.

This challenging position will suit a driven individual who is a great communicator and a natural problem solver, who wants to offer clients the very best level of service. Unfazed by the prospect of working with computer-based technologies you need to be both down to earth and unflappable, but also perfectly at ease liaising with other departments within the company including creative, technical and sales team. A true professional, you will be naturally out-going, sparklingly bright, and genuinely excited about joining our award-winning teams.

The Opportunity

  • Play a key role within dynamic and highly respected music & marketing agencies
  • Work with the world’s leading luxury brands such as Mulberry and Claridge’s, as well as stylish bar and club operators, international drinks brands and blue chip retail clients
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day business and providing essential links between departments

The Role

General Admin:

- The first point of telephone contact for the company
- Prepare client-facing quotes/proposals/presentations, draft contracts
- Prepare hardware systems orders
- Provide reports to clients for various purposes (e.g. installation schedules)
- Prepare client-facing documents (covering technical support, installation instructions)
- Assisting with internal marketing assets
- Maintain/update our client contacts database
- Manage the levels of stock of our tablets and packaging materials
- Assisting the team with travel planning, booking flights and hotels
- Preparing the post to go out and taking it to the post office

Your Skills

  • Solid administration/project management skills which can be utilised in a new environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Alongside your exceptional administration skills, your professional and motivated approach to work means that you relish pressure and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to your work
  • Completely used to and comfortable with computer based technology
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrate natural problem solving ability
  • Demonstrate superb attention to detail with your natural written communication skills
  • Clear awareness of brands, retail and hospitality industries
  • Be able to smile when the heat is on! You need to be unflappable when under pressure
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint literate

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years office experience
  • Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject – Business Studies / Marketing / Advertising / Media
  • Must be able to drive due to location
