- Description
We are currently looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our well-established client in Hertford.
The working hours will be 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am – 5:00pm on Fridays. The starting salary will be £17,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent on experience.
This challenging position will suit a driven individual who is a great communicator and a natural problem solver, who wants to offer clients the very best level of service. Unfazed by the prospect of working with computer-based technologies you need to be both down to earth and unflappable, but also perfectly at ease liaising with other departments within the company including creative, technical and sales team. The Opportunity

- Work with the world’s leading luxury brands such as Mulberry and Claridge’s, as well as stylish bar and club operators, international drinks brands and blue chip retail clients
- Helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day business and providing essential links between departments
The Role
General Admin:
- The first point of telephone contact for the company
- Prepare client-facing quotes/proposals/presentations, draft contracts
- Prepare hardware systems orders
- Provide reports to clients for various purposes (e.g. installation schedules)
- Prepare client-facing documents (covering technical support, installation instructions)
- Assisting with internal marketing assets
- Maintain/update our client contacts database
- Manage the levels of stock of our tablets and packaging materials
- Assisting the team with travel planning, booking flights and hotels
- Preparing the post to go out and taking it to the post officeYour Skills
- Solid administration/project management skills which can be utilised in a new environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
- Minimum of 1 years office experience
- Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject – Business Studies / Marketing / Advertising / Media
- Must be able to drive due to location
