This is an excellent opportunity for a Administrative Support Executive to join a dynamic, successful and expanding organisation in their smart modern offices. The successful candidate will form part of the bid team assisting with the production of high quality submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders and proposals. The role requires an individual with excellent organisational skills including intelligence gathering, planning, a strong command of written English and excellent communication skills. Teamwork, creativity and innovation will also feature in this rewarding but challenging role.
The role would suit an individual looking for a varied role with career development opportunities. In addition to learning all aspects of bid administration, the successful candidate will also receive training in bid writing with a view to potential future development into full time bid writing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the production of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders and proposals.
- Carry out daily searches to identify potential bid opportunities and provide relevant research to aid the bid decision.
- Work closely with key personnel throughout the business to extract data for inclusion in tender documents.
- Assist with the management of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met and documents are produced and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct research into potential clients and present statistical and demographic information in graphical format.
- Analyse client data/statistics and present these in easy to understand format with appropriate commentary to support key bid messages.
- Assist with maintaining the Bid Library to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Capture feedback and learning from each bid and update the Feedback Log.
